Welcome to Benibori’s, where traditional Far Eastern cuisine meets the flavors of Eorzea. Belwar has cooked up a new menu for this month, featuring a three-course meal inspired by the fresh and vibrant tastes of spring.
APPETIZERS
SAKURA SHRIMP AND WAKAME SALAD
A light and refreshing salad featuring the delicate flavors of sakura shrimp and the oceanic taste of wakame seaweed. Served with a citrusy yuzu dressing and garnished with cherry blossom petals.
SESAME CRUSTED TOFU AND EDAMAME SALAD (V)
A flavorful salad featuring crispy sesame crusted tofu and crunchy edamame beans, tossed in a sesame soy dressing and garnished with shredded nori seaweed.
MAINS
SOY BRAISED SHORT RIBS
Slow braised short ribs in a soy sauce and ginger broth, served with a side of pickled daikon and shiitake mushrooms. The tender meat falls off the bone and the sauce is rich and savory.
SHIITAKE AND TOFU GYOZA (V)
Pan-fried dumplings stuffed with shiitake mushrooms, tofu, and scallions. Served with a side of soy dipping sauce and pickled ginger.

MATCHA MOCHI ICE CREAM
A sweet and creamy ice cream made with Eorzean milk and matcha green tea powder, wrapped in a chewy mochi shell and garnished with a sprinkle of kinako roasted soybean flour.
MANGO AND COCONUT STICKY RICE PUDDING
A delicious and decadent dessert made with coconut milk and sticky rice, topped with ripe Eorzean mango slices and a drizzle of coconut syrup.
